Please note that the prices on our website are guide prices only. The actual price you pay will be the price charged in store at the time your order is picked for delivery. The actual order value cannot be determined until the day of delivery because the prices stated on the website may vary either above or below the prices in store on the day your order is picked and delivered.

 

All prices are expressed inclusive of any VAT payable unless otherwise stated. The price of the items does not include the service charge which will be charged at the rates applicable to the date & time of your delivery.

 

Due to a temporary technical difficulty, the unit prices shown may be incorrect in some cases. We are working hard to correct this but, until then, please disregard the unit price shown. If there is any different in prices n your order, we will contact you prior to the delivery to inform the different.

   

Although dashashop.co.uk aims to offer you the best service possible, There will be times we will not be able to provide the items or the quantities that you have order. This might depend on many reasons.

 

If for any reason, we are unable to supply a particular item or quantity, we will not be liable to you. But we will contact you prior to the delivery to let you know any changes to your order.

 

In the event of non-availability of any goods you order, we may suggest a reasonable substitute over the phone prior to the delivery. You can accept or reject the item at that time. This may affect the price you pay.

 

To ensure availability of all our products customers may be limited to a maximum number of items.

 

There will be no contract of any kind between you and us unless and until we actually dispatch the goods to you. Your order is an offer to buy from us. Nothing that we do or say will amount to any acceptance of that offer until we actually dispatch the goods to you. At any point up until then, we may decline to supply the goods to you without giving any reason. At the moment that the goods are dispatched (and not before), a contract will be made between you and us, and you will be charged for the goods.

 

Delivery will be made to the address specified by you on the completed order form.

 

Delivery methods, days, times and prices will be as specified on the delivery page.

 

We will deliver your order to the main entrance of the delivery address.

 

Our delivery service covers most UK residential addresses with individual postcodes. We reserve the right to restrict deliveries in certain areas, and this includes the right to eliminate certain areas from our delivery schedule altogether.

 

Someone MUST be at the address of delivery to receive the parcel. Delivery times are anytime between 8 am – 8 pm. Goods must be signed for on delivery by an adult aged 18 years or over. If we attempt to deliver your order to the delivery address as arranged with you but there is nobody at the delivery address to accept your order, the driver will leave notification of attempted delivery and you will need to contact us to re-arrange delivery. 

 

In these circumstances, if we have to return to deliver the goods, a further charge may become payable provided that delivery is attempted at the agreed time. If you fail to be present for your delivery we are entitled to charge you in full for an amount equal to the price of perishable items contained in your order and the cost of delivery. We do not accept any responsibility for the state of a parcel that is sent back to a courier depot due to a recipient not being at the shipment address.

 

In the event that you instruct us to leave a delivery unattended at your address, dashashop.co.uk expressly disclaims all liability which may arise by virtue of the delivery being left unattended for a period of time. This includes but is not limited to theft, tampering, contamination and the result of any change in temperature in respect of items which need to be kept chilled or frozen.

 

Whilst we make every effort to deliver all your goods in the agreed time, we will not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control.

 

Pleae note that dachashop.co.uk dose not accept responsibility for third party delivery of the products that you order. From time to time products may not arrive on time as requested. This is not the responsibility of dashashop.co.uk.

 

Please note we do not accept any returns for any perishable items. With exception of items that are not available, damaged during the delivery or have been incorrectly sent.

 

That includes frozen or refrigerated food, products that have a sell by or use by date of less than 14 days.

 

We hope you will be happy with your purchase. However, should you feel it necessary to return an item, we aim to make the returns process as simple as possible.

 

If you are unhappy with any non-perishable items or if you have changed your mind about your order and you wish to return your goods, you can do so provided you inform us using our online returns system within 7 days from receipt

 

No returns are accepted without prior authorisation.

 

Once you have informed us of your decision to return goods you have 14 days to do so at your own expense

 

The goods must be in the original packaging, not be opened nor used and must be ‘as new’ when returned to us. Once goods are received at dachashop.co.uk we will issue a full refund for the cost of the goods.

 

Any other refunds are subject to 2% fees, with exception of items that are not available or have been incorrectly sent.

 

With the exception of items incorrectly sent, shipping costs are non refundable

 

We do not take the responsibility for the taste of the products unless they’ve been prepared by us such as homemade food.

 

 Cancellation

You can cancel or change any of your current orders up until 3pm on the day of delivery. You can do this using the "My Account" option on our site, or you can call us on 02083412475. Please note that orders cannot be cancelled by email.

 

You can pay by any MasterCard, Visa credit card, Maestro, Visa Electron or Delta debit card. We do not currently accept American Express. Authority for payment must be given at the time of placing your order.

 

Our liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the total price charged for the relevant items.

 

Registration

To register with dachashop.co.uk you must be over eighteen years of age.

 

You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete.

 

You must inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering by updating your personal details.

 

General

• Points are accumulated in your Clubcard account and can be tracked via your account.

4. Redeeming Points

• A minimum of 200 points is required to redeem for discounts or vouchers.
