Returns of non-perishable items

We hope you will be happy with your purchase. However, should you feel it necessary to return an item, we aim to make the returns process as simple as possible. 

If you are unhappy with any non-perishable items or if you have changed your mind about your order and you wish to return your goods, you can do so provided you inform us using our online returns system within 7 days from receipt

No returns are accepted without prior authorisation.

Once you have informed us of your decision to return goods you have 14 days to do so at your own expense

The goods must be in the original packaging, not be opened nor used and must be ‘as new’ when returned to us. Once  goods are received at dachashop.co.uk we will issue a full refund for the cost of the goods.

With the exception of items incorrectly sent, shipping costs are non refundable

We do not take the responsibility for the taste of the products unless they’ve been prepared by us such as homemade food.

Please note we do not accept any returns for any perishable items. With exception of items that are not available, damaged during the delivery or have been incorrectly sent.

 

Cancellation

You can cancel or change any of your current orders up until 3pm on the day of delivery. You can do this using the "My Account" option on our site, or you can call us on 02083412475. Please note that orders cannot be cancelled by email.
